Things To Do: Wildfire’s 9th Annual All-Crab Dinner with PBS Host, Chef, and Restaurateur John Shields

Chesapeake Bay Crab & Evolution Craft Brewing Co. Beer Dinner at Wildfire: Join me at Wildfire, in Tysons Galleria on Friday, July 27, 2018, for a special evening with John Shields, author of Chesapeake Bay Cooking, host of the PBS series Coastal Cooking, and owner of the renowned Gertrude’s in Baltimore, for an incredible CrabFest Dinner!

This annual event put on by Wildfire is delicious and interactive! John Shields will off interesting cooking tips and tricks and will lead his guests through opening their own steamed Maryland Blue Crab—YUM!!

The crab picking will be followed by three more courses prepared by Wildfire Executive Chef Moreno Espinoza and Gertrude’s Executive Chef Doug Wetzel. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with a beer from Evolution Craft Brewing Co. in Salisbury, MD.
