More of 555: Varley and Palma

Yesterday, I told you about Chef Nicholas and today, I want to tell you about Joe Palma from Westend Bistro and David Varley of Bourbon Steak.

Joe Palma presented 5 dishes with the Tamworth hog.
 Then David Varley brought out his dishes.
He even made an Oreo-style cookie with pork lard.
It was hard to spot a winner until the end of the competition because all of the chefs did such a wonderful job and it was difficult compare until we'd tasted everything.
