The Metro Cooking Show recently took place in DC at the Walter E. Washington Convention
Center. They had lots of big names on stage, but my favorite part of the event was meeting the exhibitors.
For many years, my long time friends at JD Gourmet were there selling their delicious olive oils and vinegars. We partnered together for a cool bottle featuring Capital Cooking on the label. If you haven't tried this stuff yet, get a bottle!
Del Grosso was there with their fabulous sauces.
We tried some Mediterranean Flavor from Angeli Gourmet.
Our friends from Laconiko were there selling their olive oil.
This Pepperelly was good.
Logan's Sausage was serving up local chorizo.
The guys from Deception Salsa believe in their products so much, they even got it tattooed. I love the sweet heat!
Fun was had by all!
