Thinking of Drinking: Earl the Pearl

Take your tea up a notch with Edgar Bar and Kitchen at The Mayflower Renaissance Hotel's Earl the Pearl. 


1 1/2 oz Earl Grey Infused Vodka
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Mint Simple Syrup

Topper: Ginger Beer

Garnish: Mint Leaves, Lemon Twist


Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.  Shake vigorously and pour into highball glass.  Top with Ginger Beer.  Garnish with mint leaves and lemon twist.
