Out to Brunch: Poste

Poste Moderne Brasserie and newly-appointed Executive Chef Kyoo Eom recently launched a brunch menu with some classic dishes and some unique spins on food to show off Chef's style.
With weather like this, take advantage of the patio seating.  We enjoyed a perfect fall day outside to sip on mimosas, bloody mary's and eat delicious food.  Such a lovely way to spend a weekend day!
These warm glazed donuts are to die for!
Don't miss  this Fried Chicken Legs served with corn bread, choice of coleslaw or collard greens with bacon and mushrooms!
This dish is seriously amazing.  The chef is from Korea so he has a special way of frying the chicken to get the perfect crispiness and he confits the chicken beforehand.  You've got to try this because it is only available at brunch and it is as awesome as I mentioned.
Best dining companion in the world
Also tasty is the Tartine au Chocolat with grilled baguette and house-made chocolate hazelnut butter.  You can't go wrong with grilled bread dipped in chocolate.

All in all, I really liked Poste's brunch and I hope to go back again soon.
