Opening: Station Kitchen & Cocktails

Korean Caveman Pops are a must-order!  You'll love the sweet chili hoisin sauce.
The Embassy Row Hotel just completed a $15 million renovation including a brand new restaurant, StationKitchen & Cocktails.
This place is hip!
I loved the Street Corn Salad.  It is one of my favorite dishes on the menu.  The quinoa and wild rice make it feel light and healthy.
Under the direction of Chef de Cuisine Peter Kloiber, dine on shared plates with signature items such as Wellington Meatballs, Street Corn Salad, Korean Caveman Pops served at communal tables and nook-style seating, meant to offer an engaging social experience.
They have a rotating SOME bowl where they donate 25 cents of each order to So Others Might Eat.  It was one of my favorites of the evening with penne, short ribs, kale, broccoli and a cream sauce.
Can't go wrong with a cookie sandwich for dessert.
I loved the bread pudding topped with warm berries.
You'll find bottled cocktails by Robert Yealu and an impressive list of other craft sips.  Our fav was the Stroke of State with hopped pink lady syrup, lemon, sour cherry liqueur and brut.

So grab some friends and check it out for yourselves!
Pimienta bottled cocktail with jalapeno infused tequila, melon puree and agave.
The steak tacos have tons of flavor!
