Nick Taranto, The co-founder of Plated, the home delivery food service, chronicles his quest to eat and live better and along the way how he decided to change the way people across America eat and live.
Plated, which has delivered tens of millions of meals across the country, was founded in 2012, and rose to popularity through Shark Tank and social media. The ingredient-and-recipe meal kit service has now been acquired by Albertsons, but Plated's founders, Nick Taranto and Josh Hix, spent countless hours building Plated to change the future of food.

I remember when we talked, he spoke of a book about "Evolved Eaters" that he was writing and told me he would be interested in having me featured in it.
That book is now out, and all of the profits go to No Kid Hungry Share Our Strength, an incredible non-profit in Washington D.C. that aids in ending childhood hunger.
