Thinking of Drinking: Rosellepolitan

Here's another fun cocktail from Barcode. Barcode is one of Taipei's hottest night clubs and Bryan Wang showed us one of their secret cocktail recipes that keeps people coming back for more. Sweet and delicious!

1 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce honey
1 ounce hibiscus simple syrup (Make simple syrup (1 part sugar and 1 part water dissolved over heat) and infuse with hibiscus flowers
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce white wine

Shake all of the ingredients over ice and strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with a dried hibiscus flower.
