When approaching the O St NW row house located between Truxton Circle and NoMa neighborhoods, the first thing that stood out was the Lady Gaga look-a-like posing scantily clad in front of a red sports car. I knew this would be a night to remember.
The party, benefiting the Nicole Megaloudis Foundation (RememberNicole.org), was held on the top floor of a collective artists studio. Featured guests included Redskins and DC United local heroes, DC entrepreneurs, Top Chef stars and many more notable names. Most remarkable were the body-painted models showing off the eye wear designs of Stevie Boi, best known for his custom sunglasses made famous by Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj.
The flowing Svedka and coconut water cocktails, passed mini appetizers and spinning DJ kept everyone smiling. The two highlights for this party-goer were the fun photo booth and the swag bags filled with delicious chocolates from Chouquette, Make Up Forever lip gloss and vouchers to Edge Salon in Arlington.
