From Dennis Friedman, the chef and owner of Newton's Table in Bethesda, comes Newton's Noodles the design-it-yourself fast gourmet Fuzu experience. If you're not familiar with Fuzu, it's Friedman's signature Asian noodle dish that gained so much popularity at Newton's Table, it demanded it's own designated venue.

The combinations at Newton's Noodles are endless. You can pick your flavoring from the Original (savory soy based sauce, sesames, scallions, and more) or Coco-Curry (my favorite). Then you choose rice or soba noodles, spice level, veggies, proteins and toppings. You can up the ante by adding an appetizer like the Tuna Bites or Beef Wontons.
