The Three Course Prime Rib menu is available this Saturday night (and every Saturday thereafter) for $29.95.
Sunday: The boys of Milk Cult, DC's first motorcycle based ice cream vendors, are spreading their wings and bringing their love of ice cream, coffee, and savory foods (i.e. brunch-ish tacos) to a pop-up cafe in Petworth. To help celebrate the opening of The Sanctuary, free breakfast tacos, vigilante coffee, and ice cream will be available at 3632 Georgia Ave NW this Sunday from 10 am-1 pm. Pastries from nosh sweets will also be available. Is there anything better than tacos and ice cream for breakfast? We didn't think so.
On Nov. 19 from 6 to 7:30pm, join spirits author Kayleigh Kulp for an introductory tasting of American bourbon, rye and straight whiskeys, learning the differences between the three and how to verbalize and understand their tastes and aromas in an intimate and relaxed format. Tickets are $35, and guests receive a welcome cocktail and a lineup of whiskey tastings with food pairings from Graffiato's fall menu, as well as an advance signed copy of Booze for Babes: the Smart Woman's Guide to Drinking Spirits Right. Booze for Babes celebrates lady bartenders, distillers and spirits experts, while also teaching tipplers to buy and drink better booze in a fun but non-pandering way. Tickets to the event can purchased through Eventrbite.
