Eating Around Town: Bad Saint

I know I'm late the party, but I'm happy I finally showed up.  Bad Saint proved to be just as good as the hype.
Winter Radishes
My sweet hubby was nice enough to do the line waiting.  Two hours later, I arrived only to find out that we were number 25 and 26... boo!  (There's only 24 seats).  We had tickets to a 7 p.m. movie so we came back for the 10 p.m. seating.  (Annoying that they wouldn't just put our name down for that seating and made us go back outside to wait until they got to that range costing us more time in the cold.)
Oh yeah, those savory donuts for dipping in the XO sauce.
When we got back, we loved everything we tasted.  The ginisang tulya (littleneck clams, Chinese sausage and coconut milk) was packed with flavor.
Giant Prawns
I loved the Adobong Hipon (giant prawns with black garlic and cilantro).
Dumplings
Other goodies included some delicious dumplings and a sweet pork dish with a fat duck egg on top.  We washed everything down with the Etienne Dupont Cidre Bouche.  I even saved room for dessert and liked the apple spring rolls with a caramel sauce.

Service and food were amazing.  I hope I can get another babysitter soon and stand in line for round 2.  Happy New Year, Everyone!
