Thinking of Drinking: Maple Derby Cocktail

Get ready for a derby party with Clyde May's bourbon and make Black Jack 's Maple Derby Cocktail.  Enjoy!

2 oz             Clyde May's Straight Bourbon

1 oz             Grapefruit Juice

.5 oz            Lime Juice

1.5 oz          Maple Ginger Syrup

Combine all ingredients, add ice, and shake. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with grapefruit cube.

*** Maple Ginger Syrup = Equal parts B Grade Maple Syrup and Fresh ginger juice.
