Recipe: Banana Smoothie

Back when we started filming, my friend, Kitty, joined us on the show to prepare recipes to cook with kids.  This is healthy and delicious. The kids will love it!

1 medium banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 scoop of frozen vanilla yogurt
Pour all ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth.

Equipment: Blender, scoop, glasses, straws
