Eat With Your Eyes: Onion Soup Gratinée

Is your mouth watering?  It should be!  You can find this Onion Soup Gratinée at the new Le Diplomate for $11.50.  This soup is thick, hearty, and topped with a wet crouton smothered in Gruyere cheese.  OMG!  Stop in to taste it for yourself.
