Dinner Lab recently launched in DC to host pop-up dinners. I checked out one of their first events at Dolcezza.
The menu featured: Sabor de Columbia
Caldo de Costilla de Res: braised short rib | consommé | roasted new potatoes
Ceviche de Camarones con Chifles: shrimp ceviche | plantain chips | house ketchup
Picada: yucca | pork belly | queso fresco | creole potato | hot sauce
Sancocho de Pescado: fish stew | grilled corn | avocado | achiote
Panetela Ligera y Helado de Mora: sponge cake | blackberry sorbet | dulce de leche
