Howdy! It is freezing in St. Louis and the snow is coming down. Cure that winter cold with a Hot Toddy!
Hot Toddy
(Originally created at Poste Moderne Brasserie in Washington, DC)
1.5 oz Jameson Caskmates whiskey
3 oz hot water
.5 oz Tea infused honey syrup
1 dash of angostura bitters
.25 oz Lemon juice
Garnish:
Lemon wedge
2 cloves
In the footed glass cocktail mugs combine all ingredients. Stir to incorporate ingredients together. Garnish with a lemon wedge and clove.
