The Rye Bar makes beautiful handcrafted cocktails the old fashioned way. After getting a sophisticated buzz, we headed into The Grill Room for supper.
There's no better way to be greeted than the Champagne Cart, featuring 8-10 labels of Champagne by the glass including several varieties of Tattinger. Oh, hello bubbly.

Swedish Chef Jakob Esko wowed us with fresh seafood. The Spring Pea Soup
with local radishes and smoked eel was my favorite.
Loosen your belt for
the massive Seafood Tower for 2 with Maine Lobster, Blue Point Oysters, Alaskan
Crab Legs, and Prawns.
The Rye and Orange
Cured Salmon with avocado mousse, fennel compote, egg and rye croutons is a
delicate and delicious dish.
The huge portion
Grilled Halibut with sorrel and oxtail risotto is
amazing.
All of the desserts
were super yummy. The Baked Alaska is a must-order. You can't go wrong with
homemade doughnuts.
Bottom Line: Slip on your fancy pants and head into The Grill Room for a night of excellent service and delicious food. Would you expect anything less from a Capella?
