Cooking for Kids: Banana Smoothie
1 medium banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 scoop of frozen vanilla yogurt.
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 scoop of frozen vanilla yogurt.
Pour all ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth.
Equipment: Blender, scoop, glasses, straws
This is healthy and delicious. The kids will love it!
