Back when we started filming, my friend, Kitty, joined us on the show to prepare recipes to cook with kids. This is healthy and delicious. The kids will love it!
1 medium banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1 tablespoon honey
1 scoop of frozen vanilla yogurtPour all ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth.
