Poste Moderne Brasserie has been transformed into a cozy respite, as the restaurant relaunches the popular Poste Winter Lounge, complete with warm seasonal cocktails, complimentary s’mores and accompanying fire pits and blankets. Poste’s lead bartender Justin Hampton has crafted a menu of warming cocktails available exclusively on the patio Thursday through Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. all winter long. Executive Chef Kyoo Eom has created complimentary make your own s’mores kits with favorite fixings including graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows, available every day that the Winter Lounge is open.
Hot Toddy $12
1.5 oz Jameson Caskmates
3 oz hot water
.5 oz Tea infused honey syrup
1 dash of angostura bitters
.25 oz Lemon juice
In the footed glass cocktail mugs combine all ingredients.
Stir to incorporate ingredients together.
Garnish with a lemon wedge and clove.
