Pre-production: Taste of Morocco

Filming is great fun, but pre-production can take quite a while. Last November, I met Soufiane at the Metropolitan Cooking and Entertaining Show. We decided to work together to film an episode featuring Moroccan cuisine. I've been preparing to film it since we first met but each time we were ready to go, something would happen. We finally got everything lined up and filmed a great show. Taste of Morocco will feature Amlou, Chicken Tagine with Couscous, Moroccan Serpent Cake and a Casablanca Cocktail.
