In May, we went to the beach.
In June, we filmed Flavors of the Mediterranean and Cooking of Campania.

In August, I continued training at L'Academie de Cuisine.
In September, I taught Capital Cooking classes.
In October, Capital Cooking went on the road to the Philadelphia Food and Wine Festival and the Old Town Wine Festival.
