At our Lamb and Fig Feast, I made this delicious Sangria. Special thank you to the California Fig Association for contributing the delicious fruit. The green figs go really well with white wine, but if you have the purple figs, try red wine.
1 bottle of white wine
1 1/2 cups Diep 9 Peach Apricot
10 figs, diced
10 strawberries, diced
1/4 cup orange juice
2 cups sparkling water
Pour wine in the pitcher, add Diep 9, water and orange juice. Toss in the fruit. Chill and serve.
