We had a blast at the Fujimar opening party and got a taste of this delicious cocktail. The Wilder Brothers are master mixologists, so stop in and give it a try or you can even make one at home. Isn't the jar presentation fabulous?!

oz Yamazaki 12 yr scotch
.75 oz house made apricot liqueur
.5 oz lemon
juice
1.5 oz apricot-peppermint honey
Shake all ingredients and
strain over crushed ice in a mason jar. Garnish with an apricot slice
and a mint floret. Top with powdered sugar.
