Spice up your New Year's Eve with these delicious Chorizo bites!
6 ounces Logan's Chorizo sausage, crumbled
2 tablespoons finely diced red onions
1 cup Deception Salsa
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
15 Athens® Mini Fillo Shells (1 box)
1/4 cup Cypress Grove Midnight Moon Cheese, shredded
In a meduim saute pan, fry onions and sausage until brown. Transfer to a mixing bowl with cream cheese and salsa. Mix together well. Fill the Fillo Shells with the mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
