By Claire Goldman

This cocktail is the namesake for the new 14th Street cocktail bar brought to us by Public House Collective.

1 1/2 oz Brugal Anejo Rum
1/2 oz Cutty Sark Prohibition Scotch
1/2 oz Gran Classico Bitters
1/2 oz Pun e Mes Vermouth
1/4 oz Pok Pok Tamarind Vinegar
Dash of salt

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice, stir then strain into a rocks glass.

While visiting Quarter+Glory, we also recommend the Jamie (Here's How) which is served on tap and tastes like root beer.  The Bound for Buenos Aires is a fruity drink perfect for warmer days.  If beer is more your thing, they've got 15 varieties on tap.
