Cinco de Mayo Recipe: Beef Con Queso Dip

Cinco de Mayo getting close.  Get your recipes ready for a party.  Everybody loves dunking chips into queso sauce.
1 lb of Velveeta
1 14 oz. Can of diced tomatoes
1 lb hamburger meat
cumin
Chili Powder
salt
½ C Mexican Cheeses

Brown your hamburger with cumin, chili powder and salt. Add about ½ T of the jalapeño relish while browning. Put Velveeta into the crock-pot and let it begin to melt. Add browned hamburger, tomatoes, Mexican Cheeses and the rest of the jalapeno relish and stir. Place on High heat at first and turn down to medium or low once it is fully melted. Serve with homemade tortilla chips.
