1 shot Winter Palace Vodka
½ shot Cointreau
1 ounce melon juice
2 ounces Champagne
Garnish: melon slices
Shake vodka, Cointreau and melon juice with ice. Strain into a martini glass. Top off with champagne. Garnish with a piece of melon.
