Event: UNCORK THE FUN AT THE GREAT GRAPES FESTIVAL

Capital Cooking's Lauren DeSantis is participating in the Great Grapes event in Reston, VA. Join Lauren on Sunday, May 1 at 1:30 p.m. as she demonstrates wine to pair with three recipes from the Capital Cooking Cookbook including:  tzatziki, Ceviche and Heirloom Tomato and Watermelon Salad.

We made Deviled Eggs that are featured in the Capital Cooking Cookbook.

What a fun festival!  Hope to see everyone who couldn't make it at the Beer, Bourbon and BBQ Demo in June at the National Harbor.  I'll be doing a Thrill of the Grill Demonstration featuring rubs from Pork Barrel BBQ.
