1 cup sliced pears
10 ounces bourbon
1 tablespoon cloves
1 cinnamon stick
3 oz of Pear Liqueur (optional)
7 oz of Pear Nectar or juice
Splash of lemon juice
Garnish: Pear slice
Infuse the pears, bourbon, cinnamon and cloves overnight or up to a week. Strain the bourbon into a shaker with ice and mix with other ingredients. Pour into martini glasses and enjoy!! Garnish with a slice of pear and dust with cinnamon.
