I recently taught a private Sweets class and we made a Chocolate Dipped Cherry to start off the session. This cocktail is best enjoyed at the end of the meal in place of dessert. We also made these at our Capital Cooking party with Spilled Milk Catering. So good! The Chocolate Diep 9 adds the most amazing chocolaty richness. I'm thinking of drinking one of these right about now.
Start by removing the pits from 12 black cherries. Muddle 4 cherries into each glass and top with ice cubes.
Put 3 shots of Diep 9 Chocolate
1 shot of Diep 9 Vanilla
3 shots of Amaretto
into your shaker full of ice and give it a good shake.
Strain into each glass. Stir in cherries and enjoy!
