We began by filming with Chef Enzo Fargione from Elisir Restaurant.
Our 42nd episode is all about Setting the Mood with Food.
Chef Enzo showed us his Chilean Sea Bass in Fennel-Anise Broth with Smoked Purple Potatoes. As always, he creates a work of art on the plate.
We had to loosen him up a bit so we took a shot of Diep 9 Passion fruit before filming.
We paired the dish with a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc from Vinbev.com.
