The El Dorado (The City of Gold) from Bandolero offers amazing flavor. I love the combo of the tequila and St. Germain. Cheers!
Ingredients:
1.5 Oz. Espolon Reposado Tequila
1 Oz. Cardamaro
0.5 Oz St. Germain
0.5 Oz 5-Spice Syrup (see below)
0.75 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Directions:
-Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake for 10 seconds
-Double strain (through Hawthorne strainer into fine mesh basket strainer) into a chilled coupe glass
-Garnish with a small amount of fresh grated cinnamon
[5-Spice Syrup]
Fresh grated ginger, black pepper corns, star anise, cloves, cinnamon, granulated sugar, water
