Trademark's Valentine's Day Aphrodisiac Menu will feature starters like the FENNEL and POTATO SOUP with crispy gnocci "croutons" and vanilla salt, or the BEET andCARAMELIZED FIG SALAD with arugula, radicchio, beets, prosciutto crisp in a honeyed raspberry vinaigrette, and mains like the 7 oz. FILET MIGNON with bacon hash, broccolini, mustard and cremini mushroom cream, and CACCIUCCO-STYLE SEAFOOD STEW with rockfish, shrimp, scallops, lobster, clams and mussels in a tomato broth with a hint of chili pepper, served with a grilled garlic baguette. Chef will also prepare special sweets, while Mixologist Chris Bassett will be mixing up $8 craft Valentine's Day cocktails all weekend.
