Blueberries and basil scream
summer and Bar Dupont’s BB & TT really hits the spot on a hot summer
evening.
2oz Tanqueray Gin
Handful of blueberries
2 basil leaves
2 lime wedges
Splash of simple syrup*
Tonic
In a mixing glass, muddle the
fruit and add the spirit. Combine ingredients by shaking heavily until frosted.
Pour into a rock glass and add a splash of tonic to finish.
*Simple Syrup: Take equal parts
water and sugar and stir to dissolve sugar.
