Perfect Pair: Ribs and Maggy Hawk Pinot Noir

Ribs are perfect for a dinner party or BBQ.  I love to start mine in the oven and finish with a quick sear on the grill.  Find this BBQ recipe and more in the Capital Cooking Cookbook.  Try the ribs with a large glass of Maggy Hawk Pinot Noir.

New Menu: Shake Shack

By:  Jordan Burns

Shake Shack is known for their gooey burgers, crunchy fries, and custard milk shakes, but they have changed the game by adding BBQ flavors to the menu. We are all obsessed with Shake Shack, and this month, Shake Shack impressed us yet again with their delicious food. The new menu features the BBQ Shackmeister Burger, BBQ Chick’n Shack, and BBQ Bacon Cheese Fries. They also have three seasonal shakes on their menu, including: Mint Cookies and Cream, Mud Pie, and Salted Vanilla Toffee. For your convenience, I tried it all.

Father's Day Recipe: Oven Smoked Pulled Pork

Father's Day is right around the corner.  There is nothing better than sitting outside with an ice cold beer and doing a little grilling. Don't be discouraged if you don't have a grill...there are still some delicious options to make indoors too.  We had the best time grilling with Heath and Brett from Pork Barrel BBQ on our Thrill of the Grill episode.
