I've been so busy enjoying fabulous food around town, that is hard to keep up with telling you all about it. Here's what I've tasted lately:
Ardeo+Bardeo
Ardeo+Bardeo's new spring menu features a delicious potato soup, new cocktails and more. When your in the mood to sit outside, check out Ardeo's roof top. Ardeo also offers lots of tasty pizzas.
Summer Fancy Food Show
I got a taste of some amazing food with other members of the press at Cork Market and Tasting Room for an intimate preview party of the Summer Fancy Food Show. We tasted a sampling of products from the sofi Awards finalists, including Blue Crab Bay, Route 11 Potato Chips, Todd’s DIRT Seasonings, and Bone Doctors’ BBQ Sauce.

Amazing Thailand
We recently spent an evening exploring the culture and cuisine of Thailand at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The musical and dance performance by “Lilit Phra Lor” was beautiful. The audience was surprised by the recital of the love triangle of the young Thai Prince Phra Lor by Patravadi Mejudhon. You'll have to see it for yourself. The sea bass in a coconut milk sauce was tender and delicious. I love the mangoes with the sticky rice. Now that we got a small taste of Thailand, I hope to take a visit to the island soon to do more filming.
I spent an evening full of laughter and storytelling with Chef Susur Lee, Heather Freeman and other food writers at Zentan. Chef Susur was in town to plan the new spring menu and I was lucky enough to get a taste. Chef Susur told us about his two Yorkies, how he met his wife, his favorite foods and more. The Singapore Slaw is my favorite!
