Great Grapes Re-cap

I participated in the  Great Grapes event in Reston, VA earlier this month.  
I demonstrated wine to pair with three recipes from the Capital Cooking Cookbook including:  tzatziki, Ceviche and Heirloom Tomato and Watermelon Salad using JD Gourmet Barrel Aged Balsamic.
