Owakare DNV Rooftop closing party: Friday, October 24th. After a banner summer, the DNV Rooftop prepares to close its doors for the winter months, however, not without a proper send off. The Owakare (Japanese for farewell) DNV Rooftop closing party will be hosted on the rooftop from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. and will pay homage to Japanese street culture, from food to art. New seasonal cocktails from the rooftop’s sister restaurant Zentan will be offered, as well as sushi and izakaya-style bites including a unique take on Japadogs! On Monday, October 27, support the March of Dimes by attending Signature Chefs Auction 2014 – Eastern Shore. Being held at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge, MD, this evening will include approximately 20 of the area’s celebrated Chefs and attendees will be able to enjoy each of their signature dishes along with an open bar, as well as participate in an auction.
