This recipe is perfect to bring along to a Memorial Day BBQ. Fruit Pizza is simple to make and everyone loves it.
As seen on the “Picnic Pleasers” episode
1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon orange juice
Fresh blueberries, banana slices, mandarin orange sections, raspberries, strawberry halves, kiwifruit (or any other fruit)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Roll out cookie dough and place onto a greased pie plate. Bake 12 minutes or until light brown; remove from oven and cool.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract or other flavoring; spread over cookie crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer.

That's so funny, I was talking about fruit pizzas last night with Stephanie of Foodie-ism... she made hers with Nutella though. Both sound delish!!
That is funny. It was great to see you. I'm a big fan of fruit pizza.
