4 lobster tails
1 stick of butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
Preheat the broiler.
Place lobster tails on a baking sheet. With a sharp knife or kitchen shears, carefully cut top side of lobster shells lengthwise. Pull apart shells slightly, and season meat with salt and pepper. Mix butter and garlic. Brush with garlic butter.
Broil lobster tails for 5 minutes and brush with more butter. Remove when lightly browned and lobster meat is opaque, about 5 minutes longer. Garnish with lemon wedges and remaining butter for dipping.
