Seven Hours to Lisbon: Our Tuk-Tuk Adventure

It’s a strange and wonderful feeling to start your day in an airport lounge and end it winding through centuries-old streets in Europe. Our journey began at the Sapphire Lounge by The Club, where travel didn’t feel rushed—it felt indulgent.

Guide to Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve

Talk about a bucket list trip, traveling to Africa was a dream come true and it cannot be complete without a safari.  Now that I've got a taste, I'm left craving more.    Sabi Sabi went beyond my expectations and took my ideas of a safari to a luxurious level.

Recipe: Salsa

You've got to make salsa for Cinco de Mayo!  During our time in Cabo, Mexico, we stopped by the One and Only Palmilla to cook with Chef Larbi Dahrouch.  He showed us his recipe for Salsa Mexicana.  I've got my own urban garden growing with fresh tomatoes and peppers.

Thinking of Drinking: Negroni

You might find Italians drinking a Negroni or two after work and before dinner.  The Italians love a classic apertif to stimulate the appetite.  Saluti!

Thinking of Drinking: Turbo Mojito

This is the most popular drink at Barcode and once you try it, you'll see why.  Barcode is one of Taipei's hottest night clubs and Bryan Wang showed us one of their secret cocktail recipes that keeps people coming back for more.  The Turbo Mojito has a kick, so be careful!

8 Things to Do in Aspen, Colorado with Kids for Summer

Swedish Recipe: Toast Skagen

We had a blast on our Swedish adventure to explore the cuisine and culture. We got our first taste of Toast Skagen in Stockholm, Sweden at Lisa Emqvist inside Östermalms Saluhall.  It wasn't until our trip to Grinda (one of the islands in the archipelago) that Chef Victor Rundquist showed us how to make it.  Imagine visiting a beautiful and relaxing island and cooking with the chef outside on the BBQ pit.  It couldn't be better.  The Toast Skagen is a traditional Swedish starter and we saw it listed on the menu at most restaurants. This is a great recipe for Spring!

Around the Globe: Cancun with Kids

Crazy?!  Not us.  We love traveling and we're not willing to let kids get in the way.  Yes, the locations and activities change, but it is still so worth it.  We opted for an all-inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico.

Thinking of Drinking: Singapore Sling

Summer is here and it is the perfect time to enjoy a Singapore Sling.  This was my first cocktail on my trip to Thailand.  I tried this drink at the Supatra River House in Bangkok and it was refreshing after a long day in the sun.  Try one at home!

On the Road Again: Disney World

#babycapcook loved the ferry ride over to Magic Kingdom.
Hi!  I've been working a lot lately and finished a big project so I was looking for a quick trip somewhere warm that my daughter would enjoy.
