Thinking of Drinking: Diep 9 Sangria

Spilled Milk Catering recently made an amazing menu for the Capital Cooking team and we paired all of the dishes with Diep 9 cocktails. I mixed up a Passion Fruit Sangria as well as a Peach Apricot Sangria and the gang loved it!  Diep 9 offers 6 hand-crafted flavors and I've been having a great time mixing up some yummy cocktails. This sangria are both fruity and refreshing.

Passion Fruit Sangria

1 bottle of white wine
1 1/2 cups Diep 9 Passion Fruit
1 lemon, cut into wheels
1 orange, cut into wheels
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 cup diced pineapple

Pour wine in the pitcher, add Diep 9, orange juice and pineapple juice. Toss in the fruit.  Chill and serve.

Peach Apricot Sangria

1 bottle of white wine
1 1/2 cups Diep 9 Peach Apricot
1 lemon, cut into wheels
1 orange, cut into wheels
1 cup diced peaches
3/4 cup seedless green grapes, halved
1/4 cup orange juice

Pour wine in the pitcher, add Diep 9, and orange juice. Toss in the fruit.  Chill and serve.

Regular 750 ml bottle. I like to use a Pinot Grigio. Anything that isn't oaky.
