Thinking of Drinking: Maple Mistletoe

- Christmas Spice (Lavender, Coriander, Rosemary)
- 2 oz of Crown Royal Maple Finished
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Spiced Honey Syrup
- Egg White
- Fresh Apple Cider
- Garnish (Cherry and Rosemary)

- MUDDLE spice mix in mixing glass
- ADD lemon juice and Crown Royal Maple Finished
- SHAKE contents in a shaker tin
- STRAIN out spices
- ADD egg whites and shake without ice
- ADD ice and shake again for the last time
- STRAIN into glass
- TOP with apple cider and add garnish
