701 Restaurant has some new menu items and a new chef. Tony Conte has been promoted to executive chef, overseeing the menus for The Oval Room and 701 Restaurant.
The Burrata is not to be missed. The cheese is incredibly creamy and is complemented by fresh papaya.
You can't go wrong with the crab spring roll served on a pool of sriracha aioli with sweet chili sauce.
