Menu Revamp: 701

701 Restaurant has some new menu items and a new chef.  Tony Conte has been promoted to executive chef, overseeing the menus for  The Oval Room  and 701 Restaurant.
The Burrata is not to be missed.  The cheese is incredibly creamy and is complemented by fresh papaya.

You can't go wrong with the crab spring roll served on a pool of sriracha aioli with sweet chili sauce.

The lacquered beef cheeks with seared loin steak have a sweet rich flavor and the meat melts in your mouth.  

The black bass is also a nice lighter choice with the sunchoke puree and tarragon oil.

Save room for dessert.  We opted for the pecan pie and carrot cake.
