Park Hyatt Washington, located at 24 and M Streets, NW, recently unveiled a selection of cocktails perfect for toasting throughout the winter months. Here's one of their favorites.
2 oz bourbon (I like Hudson Baby Bourbon)
½ oz Carpano
¼ oz Dry Vermouth
½ oz Port City Porter reduction
Splash Peychaud Bitters
Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass.
