Recipe: Baked Chicken Nuggets

This is sure to be a kid favorite, but adults will enjoy too.

2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and Pepper for Seasoning
1 C Flour
1 Egg
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs (plain or Italian)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Italian Seasoning

Preheat oven to 450. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Pour flour, egg (beaten) and dried bread crumbs, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese mixed together into a three shallow bowls. Dip chicken into flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Place chicken on a greased baking sheet.

Bake 7-9 minutes or until no longer pink in the center. Serve with honey mustard or BBQ sauce.
