Thinking of Drinking: Bourbon Sour

Celebrate National Bourbon Heritage Month with Joe Ambrose's cocktail from POV.


1.5oz Bourbon
.75  Lemon Juice
.75 Simple syrup
4 -1” Watermelon cubes Muddled
4-6 Mint Leaves
Angostura bitters

1.      In Mixing Tin, Add Mint First
2.      Add Watermelon, lemon juice, simple syrup. 
3.      Muddle
4.      Add Bourbon, Add Ice
5.      Short Shake (5secs)
6.      Strain into a Rocks Glass over Ice
