Jaleo celebrates its 20th Anniversary: April 5th …marks the first of these anniversary events presented by José, Rob and the ThinkFoodGroup family of restaurants. Any guest dining at José Andrés restaurants in DC, LA, Miami, or Las Vegas will be treated to a complimentary glass of cava.
April 8th-14th…Quim Marques, fourth generation Chef and Owner of El Suquet de l’Almirall in Barceloneta, Spain, will develop a specialty menu and paella to be featured at all three Washington metro area Jaleo locations from April 15th-29th. The tapas specials will be priced between $10-$18. In addition, Jaleo will feature Bareloneta’s unique seafood paella, which has been granted a designation of origin by the Spanish government thanks to Quim’s efforts.
April 10th …Jaleo will unveil its 20th Anniversary cocktail, created by Juan Coronado, ThinkFoodGroup cocktail extraordinaire and available through the end of the year.

Art and Soul re-launches Saturday Supper Series in April: Chef Wes Morton will be holding intimate, family-style monthly dinner series starting with the Wild Harvest supper on April 13, 2013, to celebrate spring. The dinners will be held the second Saturday of the month and begin with a reception and passed hors d’oeuvres before moving to a seated, four-course meal complete with drink pairings and life music. The events begin at 7 p.m. and cost $65 per person or $30 for diners 16 and younger, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
