Rising Stars Revue Gala: Part 2

As I started to tell you yesterday, The Rising Stars Revue and Gala was amazing!  Not only was the food fabulous, but the views at the Charlie Palmer Steak House are picturesque.  I asked the chefs, "how did you react when you found out you won the Rising Star Award?"  We got some great responses below.

Rubén García, minibar by josé andrés and ThinkFoodGroup showed his creativity with Cotton Candy Eel paired with one of my very favorite beers, Hoegaarden Original White Ale.  He said, "Thank you!" when he found out he was a recipient of the Rising Star.

All of the dishes were wonderful.
